How do I delete purchases from Boost Mobile phone?

I have a Motorola i425 and plan on giving it to someone else. I've reset the phone to factory settings, but how do I delete my wallpapers/ringtones? The phone is for my mother-in-law and I'm certain she doesn't want the ringtones or the wallpapers that I have purchased in the past! Help!
