I have Doctor Malware on my computer and it has been extrmeely hard to deal with. I can't even access my task manager, I can't even use "Start" then "Run" to open anything. I can't install or run any antispyware. Cant't restart in safe mood. I can get to the command prompt, but that's it. Please don't send automated replies. Just real people. Thanks And I still have the cd with my operating system on it. Now what?
How do I delete my operating sytem which is windows xp home ediiton and reinstall it ?
