how do i delete downloaded images from bluetooth?

my friend was messing around with my phone and i NEED to know how to delete downloaded images on my cell phone. she was using bluetooth on both her phone and mine i have the samsung t459. i tried to go under options to delete them, but the only options are open or save (under wallpaper). please help!!!
