How do i Delete Data From Nokia 5800 ( C: phone memory ) ?

So i have this nokia 5800. and my phone memory says its full! how could it be full when i deleted every folder that could be deleted? it says "0 bytes free of 86.0 MB "
the folders left of the phone memory are: Images , j2me , my videos , videocenter , and videos!
how can i solve this problem?
