i just started a new job and some of the girls im gonna work with are really super loud, aggressive, and mean. They cuss and joke around very harshly. They havent confronted me personally yet but Im afraid of being a target. Im 18, female, and Im good at looking like nothings bothering me even if im freaked out. It just seems like mean girls target me, maybe because im pretty and nice and maybe a little more sheltered than most. please help suggest the kind of attitude and actions i can do to stay uneffected by their behaviour?
