How do I deal with a sister in law that always expects me to pay the bill?

My sister in law on every single occasion that I have attended with her expects everyone but herself to pay the bill. She never offers to pay any amount of the bill. Her father always pays for her and he wants to but seeing that her brother and I are only 2 yrs older than her and have just as many bills, I dont see why we are always expected to pay. Even if she is the one who suggests that we go to dinner somewhere, she NEVER expects to pay. It has always been like this. What do I do? I feel a bit like I am being taken advantage of.
