How do I deal with a rude co worker and one that always complains?

One of them is just so rude. She's like 45 and all she does is make fun of people, make smart remarks, and she thinks its so funny. I try to be polite to her even though I don't like her but she's still rude. She thinks everyone my age there is stupid. This other co worker just complains about everything. She complains she never works then she complains when she has to work. She complains that she's tired and how she almost called out because she's tired. I'm just getting sick of that place because no one does their job, the management sucks and so do most of my co workers. The managers know these co workers are like this and they don't do anything so how am I suppose to deal with co workers like these? I have to talk to them so ignoring them isnt an option.
 
Just snap on her one day and get real shitty.....maybe that will shut her up....god my old manager was like her ...all she did was sit in the back on facebook ALL day while we worked. Than she like went off on us and started crying about how we didn't appreciate her and take her seriously....she also talked down on everyone and made fun of everything we did......I hated her so much
 
Why don't you do what you get paid to do and stop worrying about everybody else at work. in time they will leave you alone if you leave them alone
