You've probably seen these questions a million times and I've even looked through them but haven't quite gotten the answer I needed. I know that I should call customer service, but what option do I choose to deactivate the account so I can reactivate it? I called several times and their is no specific option that states 'deactivate phone' so which do I choose? I don't want to go through the trouble of having to call over and over because I chose the wrong option.
How do I deactivate my virgin mobile phone to than reactivate it?
