How do I customize Samsung Captivate App Grid from left to right unlike the

iPhone, to up to down? I keep seeing people on youtube open their app grid or menu and instead of viewing their app pages from left to right like the iPhone, they are able to slide it up and down. When they slide it up and down, it looks like a cube when scrolling. Please Help! =(
