Hello everyone, this is my first question on Yahoo Answers and I really need some help and advice:
I am 23 years old, I am a very creative person and I have been writing songs since 2005. I have this passion to go into the Music Business someday. I hear a lot of people wants this to do so I know I sound common right now. But this dream and goal that I have really means a lot to me. I am so serious about this that I want to create a demo with only songs I write and want to produce. I want to show that I am different and that I am an independent artist (that I could become), this is where my question(s) come in:
How do I create a demo? How do I put my very own music that I hear in my head with my very own lyrics? What software and/or programs are the best? And how much does it cost to do a demo?
Also, should I wait until I have hundreds and thousands of dollars in hand before I create a demo just in case someone wants me to fly somewhere such as NY?
