How do I create an A4 tri-fold brochure in InDesign?

I'm looking for help or instructions on how to create a double sided A4 tri-fold template for InDesign?

Instructions or web links etc are very helpful.

I know there are templates out there you can download, but I want to learn how to do it myself with the guides etc
