How do i copy everything from the homepage of a website, like the pic as a

whole, then into photoshop cs4? MAC? I guess use a screenshot right?, well how do i do that, is it possible to just screenshot the tab of the site that i have in firefox.
I need all steps, i know its only like 3 but i need them, keys and whatnot
