How do I copy contacts from phone memory to sim card with nokia 5300 xpressmusic?

My mobile - nokia 5300 xpressmusic, screen is smashed in and it is all blank.
Can some one with the same mobile please write on, how to move all my contacts to the sim card?
Can you be more specific like how many times i have to press the down arrow key and when I have to press the middle key...
