How do i copy a series of data in excel, one below the other?

i have some data in the following format in excel, and I want to copy it one below the other how do i do it.
1 Name/ date of birth/city/income/sex/salary/2 Name/ date of birth/city/income/sex/salary/3 Name/ date of birth/city/income/sex/salary/

So there are some 300 such entries in the first row only, i want them in the following fashion.
1 Name/ date of birth/city/income/sex/salary/
2 Name/ date of birth/city/income/sex/salary/
3 Name/ date of birth/city/income/sex/salary/
4 Name/ date of birth/city/income/sex/salary/

I dont want to copy and paste all of it? Help Help help.
