Well.. I know it's a puberty thing or whatever..
I'm only 12 but lately I've been really depressed, sad and stressed really suddenly and at simple things. This has never really happened before..
I am okay in the mornings before school, I go through the day no problems then when I come back I burst into tears for NO REASON!!
I don't understand, I'm still upset and I can't find any reason to why I am feeling this way..
For example:
I went downstairs just now and I saw my older brother looking sad because my dad was telling him that he couldn't help him with driving tomorrow.
When I went upstairs, that tiny little thing made tears come down my cheeks..
How do I become happier?
How do I snap out of these mood swings?
It's half term and I don't want to spend it being depressed and crying day and night.
