Im a sucker for egg salad sandwiches. but when I cook, the white always comes out fine but the yolk is always either green or not fully cooked. obviously theres no way to check without splitting it open so its not like i can just plop it back in the water. either way, most of the time, i have to end up throwing away most of the yolk
