How do I cook scrambled eggs?

I read forums about cooking it than mixing it with a whisk or fork but I've seen my sister do it and she just put liquid which I don't know please inform me what liquid to put in pan and she just crack eggs and puts it in the pan and starts mixing or something, I'm really new to cooking and I don't want to go through the mixing the whisk thing. 10 points for the answer that helps me the best. -Thank you.
