Oil the dish (either with veggie oil, olive oil, or a cooking spray). Lay out the chicken. Sprinkle some sort of seasoning on the chicken breasts. I like Creole seasoning or lemon pepper. Or if that doesn't appeal to you, just create your own mixture of a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle some water over the chicken, put a pat of margarine on each breast, then cover the pan with some tin foil.
The water will keep the chicken moist as it bakes. Bake if at 350 for about 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for about 5 more minutes. To see they are done, simply cut them in half to see if the juices run clear. Otherwise, keep on baking them until done.
Breasts cooked this way can be very useful in casseroles and such. Good luck!
