How do i convince my mom to let me go to her school/?

My mom works at a big school and ive wanted to go there eversince i was litttle but never spoke up. Her school provides me with better oportunities in the music department librabry and other things. There are alot of people that go so the discrict doesnt allow kids from other towns to go or else you have to pay alot. ive mentioned it and she said that she would let me go but i cant. and now shse keeps saying that i should just stay .. and i want to go so bad pleeez help me
