I bought a 2010 Lacrosse in Illinois and I'm moving to California. My car is equipped with the Federal Emissions package and I need to meet California emissions standards. I'm sure I'm not the first person to move and run into this problem. I am worried that it doesn't mess up the electronics of the car.
How do I convert my 2010 Buick Lacrosse with Federal emissions to California Emissions?
