How do I convert a Quicktime .MOV file to a flash movie for iWeb?

Ok I have a demo reel saved as a Quicktime .MOV file that I want to convert to a flash movie then put up on my iWeb website. Heres what I dont fully understand...

How do I convert my .MOV file to .swf file?
How do I put it up on my iWeb site?
Do I need to put a flash player on my iWeb site? (if so how do I do that?)

Please help!!!
