How do I connect to my wireless printer using Windows 7 laptop?

I have a wireless printer that is already connected to other laptops. I just got a brand new laptop and I can't remember how to connect to it wirelessly. My computer shouldn't need to install any software because the printer is already set up.

How do I find the printer?

I am using Windows 7.
