How do I connect to folder using PHP or ASP through HTTP?

Basically, there is a website that uses ASP.NET and Microsoft Sharepoint services. On a certain page you can browse files, but in addition to that you can connect to the page with Windows Explorer, and view it that way... So, How can I do this with PHP (or ASP)? Maybe a little function or something?
