How Do I Connect to a Wireless Router with no Security with my Playstation 3?

Recently i detected a wireless connection with my ps3, the connection is my neighbor's, its a Belkin N Wireless Router, and ive been getting some online play by it but often i get DNS ERRORS while trying to connect, its mainly a 20%connected 80% DNS ERROR that i keep getting, and my question is: How Can I Get a CONSTANT connection to it without getting DNS ERRORS, i mean since its not secured theres got to be a way i can get connected constantly, is there a common DNS CODE i can use to connect?! PLEASE HELP!!! ^_^
