How do i connect PPPOE on android tablet after connecting to wifi?

Ok, so on windows pc i connect to wifi and then dial up, on ubuntu i connect and then type:
Sudo pon dsl-provider.
Now my question is, if i want to buy an Epad (Android OS), Will i be able after connecting to wifi to connect to the dial-Up?
I need an answer ASAP.
