i want to convert my huge VHS tape collection of recorded home movies, television clips and old PPV movies into dvd's.
what i have:
VHS VCR
computer with nero 7 and winavi and e.t.c. programs
not much money.
what i need to know:
what kind of (expansion) card do i need to physically connect my VCR to my Computer?
and
are there any special programs i need to convert vhs to DVD?
