How do I connect my Sony Bravia TV to my Toshiba laptop?

How do I connect my Sony Bravia XBR TV to my Toshiba laptop? What cable do I need? Will a "Monster Cable Fiber Optic 400 DFO" or a "Monster Cable 800 HD HDMI" cables work? What do I connect to what?
 
It depends. Radio Shack should have a wire to connect your laptop to your TV. It comes with instructions, to plug it in to your TV.
