so i just got a new phone and i want to sync my music with my laptop. so i downloaded the rhapsody with v cast and when i connect my usb with my computer nothing happens. my phone charges however my computer doesnt recognize the device so that i can download it. and on my phone when i hit connect it says failure. someone please help me. what can i do so tha my usb cord connects with my windows xp laptop. fyi my usb ports r working properly.
