i have a 5.1 channel surround sony bravia sound system with 3 hdmi inputs and 1 hdmi output. i dont know how to connect my ps3 and my tv (with cable box). Currently i have been able to take the component cables from the cable box and take the last two cables (red and white) and connecting them to the surround sound while the other cables (red, green, blue.) im confused about choosing hdmi cables or digital audio optical cable.
Im also wondering if its also possible to also have sound coming from the tv and the surround sound system?
