My mixer has a TRS (1/4") balanced master output and each of my studio monitors has a 1/4" TRS balanced/unbalanced input.
I assume that the mixer output contains both left and right signals, so I would need to split the signals and have the left going to one monitor and the right going to the other monitor? Is this the ideal solution? I plan on having a balanced signal all the way through, so I'm not going the RCA route.
