My friend has a 5.1 channel surround sound system, but his TV is an old CRT HDTV without HDMI or optical/coaxial digital audio inputs. All he has for sound is stereo(the white and red). He says at one point all 5 speakers worked with his set(only the front speakers work now), but going by my limited knowledge..that's impossible without a digital connection(HDMI, optical or coaxial).
How do I connect my friend's receiver to his TV?
