how do I connect my exercise bike monitor to the rest of it?

I bought it used so there's no instruction manual or anything. There's just a small jack coming out of the bottom of the monitor with a very short cable and I can't find an input anywhere. Is there a secret trick?
It only says "FITNESSCLUB" on it. It's pretty standard and minimalist.
