How do I connect my bluetooth headset to call of duty 4 or 5?

I have a Jabra bt125 headset. I lost the instructions and I want to connect it to Call of Duty online either on Modern Warfare or World at War. Please help me!
 
1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your PC.
2. Set the headphones on.
3. Use a different system to COD4 like XFire, Steam or Vent.
4. If it does not work makes sure the game setting of the sever have the headsets running.
5. Remeber you can only talk to your teammebers on the game not the enremy.
