I have red through the directions so far, nothing mentions how to hook up to the current tv. Previously we had it hooked up to an old tube tv, the remote would work for both box and tv and the two acted as one. Now with the HDtv it is either the cable or the dvr, not both, I am trying to do this before my recordings start, but it isn't allowing me due to the set up of the new tv.
