how do i connect a bluetooth headset to my playstation 3?

1. turn on ps3
2.go to accessory setting in XMB
3.go to mange blue tooth devises
4.make sure bluetooth headset is charged and when it is hold the main booten on it for a while
5.go back to your ps3 and go to register devise
6.your ps3 will find the headset then you shoul be asked for a code(0000)
7.Thats it
 
i just got it off ebay from japan(yea im not sure if i got screwed on this one) anyways how can i connect it??? i went to accessory settings and bluetooth manager and it cant find it so is there anything else? heres a picture of the headset
