how do i confront a sports company with my idea's without them stealing it from me

im only 14? hi im 14 and i have been thinking and creating amazing products for over 2 years now and yet not even one of my products have been launched out in the market or anything like it and i would like to approach a SPORTS company such as nike,addidas ect to over look at my ideas and give me a chance to show them my creative product.i design sports wear products such as football boots and accessries

please please help
