How do I configure internet on an unlocked Iphone 3GS ?

I have an unlocked Iphone 3GS and I have the APN settings for my company which is Claro Puerto Rico. In Puerto Rico, since it is a U.S. territory ,AT&T has the exclusiveness of the Iphone. I want to use it with my company which is Claro Puerto Rico. My Iphone is running iOS 4.0.1, I have the APN settings I just need to know how to change them. Please help :) I have not found anything online :(
