How do I configure a Server 2003 system as a PHP server?

I need to configure my current web server to be a PHP Web Server. What software is needed where do & where do I get it from?

Is it a complicated process or straight forward. Can I get any destructions on how to it?

Hi all. It is a local server. I have IIS6 installed as that's what is publishing my current 4 web sites.
