how do i complain to xbox?

so i loaded my game (batman) on the menu it has a page for the down loadable content, which i downloaded all of (payable) with my MS points. the downloads were stopped because i was on the game menu's so i restart my console so they can download while i leave it on the dashboard. i go to the page of active downloads and theres nothing there, it says its clear and there no downloads, and they havent downloaded because there was over a GB of downloads.what can i do, my MS points have been taken and i didnt get my downloads :( (and its differently not downloading in the background because i just downloaded a game trailer and it didnt que, just downloads straight away
 
have you tried deleting the download from your hard drive on the memory blade of the system dashboard? then try downloading again?

if you have done that and still not working, i suggest just calling them up and asking them what can be done next, with regards to them giving you the points back

Just talk about it complain like saying i hate your customer service maybe i might get a ps3 thats what i did and they gave it to me it may sound pretty stuipd but trust me it worked for me.
