How do I command-line batch convert in irfanview with sub-directorys and not...

...typing names in? I am converting 10GB of pictures for a friend, I started doing some manually for her last night there is 3,000+ images all all with resolutions of like 3600x4000.

It is going to take me forever to use the programs batch convert because I have about 50 albums and I still want to keep the originals... but the converted ones I want to go into their own folders..

So for example:
Pictures/SHol2010/Image001.jpg
Pictures/SHol2010/Photo-03-33.jpg
Pictures/SHol2010/HilariousFacePulling.jpg
Pictures/Family Aug 21/DCD.jpg
Pictures/Family Aug 21/KissingMyHunny.jpg

into:
Pictures/Converted/SHol2010/Image001.jpg
Pictures/Converted/SHol2010/Photo-03-33.jpg
Pictures/Converted/SHol2010/HilariousFacePulling.jpg
Pictures/Converted/Family Aug 21/DCD.jpg
Pictures/Converted/Family Aug 21/KissingMyHunny.jpg

Obviously.. I can't type in all the file names.. because of how many images there are...

I currently am converting all images to JPG/JPEG with 25% Quality (they look indentical...), progressive and resetting/removing all XMP Data, EXIF data, JPG Comment and IPTC data
