How do I clear my hard drive history?

My dad knows how to check my hard drive for my search history. But I don'e want him to see it (lots of WoW searches, heh) and I know that if I delete my history via the internet explorer way, but that wouldnt help at all. My OS is Windows 7 and I'm 14 so I need a program thats free and easy to use (but no downloading at all is preferred).
