How do i cite a source from Barackobama.com or Whitehouse.gov when there is no author?

How to cite when it only gives me a topic and no author.
 
Since there is no author you need to cite the web page "barackobama.com/education" or "whitehouse.gov". In your citation the "topic" would be in place of the author for alphabetizing your reference list. However, if this is for school work, you may want to ask your teacher because they may not want you to use a source with no author.
