How do I choose selective coloring while taking a photo on my CAMERA?

I don't want to do it in photoshop; I want to do it from my camera please. What I mean by selective coloring is having a black and white picture with only one color staying. My camera is a Canon PowerShot SD780. Even if you don't have that one still explain because, you never know, it might help. Thanks A Million! xoxo
