how do i change the transmission oil on my 93 lexus es300?

im not sure were the drain plug is or if there is one...and if there is were is located
 
You don't drain it, you flush it. Since you don't have a flush machine of your own you will need to go to the dealer or a service shop for that.

The only way to drain it is to remove the transmission oil pan. Even then you maybe get half the old fluid out - not nearly enough.
