How do i change the time on my stero clock in my Toyota Rav4?

Does anyone know how to change the time on the stereo clock. My Rav4 has 2 clocks, one on its own and one on the stereo. The one that is on its own is very easy to change the time on but the one that is on the face of the stereo is hard. I have pushed all sorts of buttons etc but can't seem to do it.
Any help would great thanks
