how do i change the theme on my htc touch pro?

i have an htc touch pro from sprint flashed to cricket
not a diamond not a touch pro 2 a touch pro
now since it got flashed to cricket it lost the cool theme it had on there and i want another theme on there.. how do i do it
im new to the phone so i need step by step instructions
i dont even know how to download things to the phone...

so any help would be appreciated, i know it can be done im just ignorant on the subject
