How do I change the ring tone? (SGH-D307 transformer by Samsung)?

I downloaded some apps to my phone and when I go to change the ring tone I don't see the app(?) All I see are the ring tones that came with the phone.

Thank you in advance, I appreciate yr help.

((this phone is hella similar to the Samsung Moment which I have had for the past 5 mos, dont get it its a pos))
