The drums are very easy to change. Jack up the back of the truck, take the wheel off, then pull the drum off. It may take a little persuasion, and it may have little flat tin nuts that look like thin washers that you have to take off. Throw them away, they were put on at the factory to keep the drums on until the wheels were installed. Now as far as the shoes, remove the drums from both sides. Do the brakes one side at a time and use the other side as a reference. If the brakes are already taken apart, then I would suggest a Haynes or Chilton's manual. Just to let you know, the larger shoe will go in the front, as well as the larger return spring.
