how do I change the preset radio stations in my 2000 Ford Explorer?

I want to change the stations in my 2000 Ford Explorer and I'm not quite sure how to do it, the previous owner liked some crazy music and I want to change the stations to the kind of music I like
meant to add that I want to change the presets, I don't have the owners manual so I can't use that
