How do I change the headlight assemblies on my '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo?

My 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo's headlight assemblies are extremely clouded (they're simply too old). I'm planning on buying new ones and I need help (instructions -with graphics if possible) installing them.
